ESOC's Permanent Courses are at: Corstorphine Hill, Blackford Hill, Bonaly, Cammo, Hillend and Castlelaw (in the Pentland Hills).

You can get more information about each course, listed above, and how to obtain the course packs here. All the information you need is included. If you live very near any of these areas why not have a go?

Permanent courses are ideal for all ages, fitness and skill levels. Go at your own pace and enjoy the great outdoors.
