Scottish Junior Selections 2023

ESOC juniors have been selected for the JIRCs and JHI competitions.

Calum Robertson (M14) and Maja Robertson (W18) have been selected for the Scottish team at the Junior Inter-Regional Championships (JIRCs) in South Wales on 23/24 September, organised by Swansea Bay Orienteering Club. The individual event is in the complex sand dunes of Kenfig Burrows, near Port Talbot, and the relays are further east, in mature coniferous plantation at Llantrisant Forest.

Calum has also been selected for the Scottish team at the Junior Home International (JHI) competition. This is on 7/8 October, with both individual and relays at Sutton Park in Birmingham. The terrain here is gently rolling deciduous woodland with an extensive path network.
