About 30 ESOCers turned out on a lovely dry evening for this ‘Connect 4’ Monday social at the Fawthrops’ house in the Grange. The theme was based on an original idea by Richard Beattie where controls could be collected in a grid pattern to make lines of 3, 4 or 5; gaining points for each line completed. Answers to a question at each control point gained extra marks and an hour was allowed, with penalty for late return. There was a super spread of food and drink and the chance to catch up with all the O-chat. Easter mini eggs were awarded to all the winners –Jamie F for first junior, Andrew D and Rona for first male and female, Martin C and Alison for first male and female vets and Crawford and Margaret for first male and female supervets!

Many thanks to Rachel and Nigel for a super evening.
