Report from the April social.

There was a great turnout for the early April social at the Lindsays’ where Rona had planned a street Score around the lamp-posts of the West End and Ravelston Dykes. Points were awarded for each control visited and bonus points were given for correct identification of a picture clue at the correct location. A generous hour was allocated, which meant that the light was fading towards the end causing slight difficulty in reading the map, the clues and the codes on the lampposts! Easter egg prizes for the top 4 – Andrew Dalgleish taking top position, Ray and Gemma sharing second and Alison fourth. The timing just before the JK allowed lots of chat and organisation for the busy weekend ahead, and we all enjoyed a delicious buffet and wonderful homemade
cakes – many thanks to Sally, Crawford, Andrew and Rona for organising and hosting a great evening.
