Covenanters Wood courses transferred to MapRunFSunday 10th January until Sunday 31st January
New restrictions force the CANCELLATION OF LOCAL EVENT ON 16th JANUARY so courses have now been transferred to MapRunF
The bad news is that due to enhanced level 4 restrictions coming into place from midnight tonight (Monday 4th Jan) we have to CANCEL the COVENANTERS WOOD EVENT scheduled for 16th JANUARY.
The good news is that the courses are already planned and have been transferred to MapRunF. They are available from Sunday 10th January until Sunday 31st January.
There are 3 courses:
Covenanters January Challenge Yellow 2.0km, 35m climb, 14 controls
Covenanters January Challenge Orange 2.7km, 60m climb, 17 controls
Covenanters January Challenge Green 3.9km, 130m climb, 26 controls

The courses will be a good challenge without the visibility of the kites!
SAFETY: Please ensure you are prepared for any winter conditions. If the conditions at the area turn out to be too challenging when you arrive please go back another day. This is especially the case in icy and snowy conditions.
COVID GUIDANCE: Please follow all the current (as of 5th Jan) Scottish Government guidelines for outdoor exercise ie stay close to home (or within 5 miles of the boundary of the local authority where you live), gather in groups of no more than 2 adults or children over 12 (but unlimited children under 12) from 2 households and employ all social distancing guidelines.
