July Social – Penicuik Street-O
About 25 club members turned out on a beautiful warm evening for this Street-O from Les and Margaret’s house in Penicuik. Les had planned 45 and 60 min score courses and the locals must have been a wee bit bewildered by all these ‘runners’ stopping at post boxes and places of interest around the local streets and parklands. A mild dispute over whether a ‘fire hydrant’ is the sign indicating the hydrant or the hydrant itself - serious stuff this socialising! Prizes at the end for just about everybody and a lovely spread of food and drink to fuel our discussions – mostly Day 3 related!
