SoSOL8 - Culzean, Ayrshire

Just a few hardy ESOC members braved the early snow to run at this sparsely-attended AYROC event, the 8th in the 2008-9 South of Scotland Orienteering League.

Culzean is on the Ayrshire coast near Maybole. It’s quite a long drive there, and poor road conditions early in the day may have put people off. Also, many juniors were away at a junior training weekend. However, those that went to Culzean had a good day, with blue skies.
The best ESOC result came from Tyler Morrison, who was 6th on the Blue course.
