Special festive Wednesday evening session led by Ian Pyrah.

"Festive-O training on Bruntsfield Links was enormous fun; chasing around popping party poppers in and out of the golf holes in a Clock Relay, followed by mince pies. But you still needed to get your compass and pacing right; and the preliminary drills and hill intervals were as strenuous as ever. Every session follows a pattern, with a different twist. Make it a New Year Resolution to come on a Wednesday and join in; you won't believe how good it is till you've tried."
