Directions / Parking

Parking is at the east end of Straiton View at Straiton Business Park. There will be a lot of vacant bays out of hours. Please park thoughtfully. Straiton View runs behind Sainsbury's Superstore at the Straiton Retail Centre. Registration, the start and finish will be very closeby.

Although Straiton View itself is double yellow lined the signage for no parking is informal. There is also parking in the retail park too.

This is on the south side of Edinburgh and easily accessible by bus or bike. Please try to walk, bike or use public transport if you possibly can. You can catch the following buses to Straiton Mains, Straiton Road/Sainsburys or Straiton Cottages - 37, 47, 67, 62B, R4, R5, X37, X47 and X62.

Course Information

There will be long (approx 5km) and a short (approx 3km) course options although these are most likely to be straight line distances so expect to run further than that.

Because of the road crossings ALL under 16s must be accompanied at all times by an adult when running. Due to the informality of the event the adult can also be competitive (see Entries section).
