STAG Score 2, 2018Cumbernauld Community Park, 18 March
With snow on the ground, there was a very low attendance at STAG’s second score event of 2018.
Cumbernauld Community Park lies NW of the M80 in the middle of Cumbernauld, and includes the Arria sculpture, visible from the motorway. The weather was cold, with snow showers.
As at the first event in the series, there were 25 controls (5 each with 300 points, 400 points, 500 points, 600 points and 700 points) giving 12,500 as the maximum possible.
There were just 24 competitors. ESOC members in the top half of the results were:
Margaret Dalgleish – 8th (10,700 points)
Les Dalgleish – 9th (10,400 points)
