CompassSport Cup Scottish Heat 2023Faskally, 12 February
There was a great turnout from ESOC for the CompassSport Cup & Trophy Scottish heat.

The third event in the 2023 Scottish Orienteering Urban League took place in Perth, organised by Tayside Orienteers, with some good ESOC results.

The second event of this year’s South of Scotland Orienteering League was organised by Stirling University Orienteering Club, assisted by Forth Valley Orienteers.

Edinburgh Big Weekend 202327-29 January
There was a great turnout from ESOC for Edinburgh University Orienteering Club’s Big Weekend, which was eagerly anticipated and lived up to expectations.

The second Christmas Cup series featured a varied selection of challenging areas for some great orienteering over the festive season.

East Lothian Orienteers hold a Christmas score event each year, always with an ingenious twist.

This was a 2-man relay, organised by STAG in a Glasgow park, and was reported to be a lot of fun.
Lakeland Warrior 2022Lake District, 3/4 December
The Lakeland Warrior weekend was presented by Masterplan Adventure, in association with Lake District orienteering clubs, and offered 2 World Ranking events. A few ESOC members ventured south for the events.
SoSOL 6, 2022Callander Crags, 3 December
The final event of this year’s South of Scotland Orienteering League was arranged by Forth Valley Orienteers, at fairly short notice.
ELO’s Wonderful WeekendEast Lothian, 26/27 November
This excellent double-header weekend, organised by East Lothian Orienteers, offered the final Scottish Orienteering Urban League event of the year plus a South of Scotland Orienteering League event, and had a good turnout from ESOC.

The penultimate event in the 2022 Scottish Orienteering Urban League was organised by Interløpers, with some great ESOC results.
SoSOL 4, 2022Devilla Forest, 13 November
This event was organised by Kingdom of Fife Orienteers, and saw a reasonable turnout from ESOC.
ESOA Championships & SoSOL 3, 2022Teviothead, 12 November
The East of Scotland Championships was organised by Roxburgh Reivers, and ESOC competitors won a good haul of trophies.
Scottish Score Championships 2022Cumbernauld, 6 November
STAG organised the 2022 Scottish Score Championships, which saw a fair turnout, and seven new Scottish champions, from ESOC.
