The first event of the 2019 Scottish Orienteering League was the day after the British Night Championships, and was organised by MAROC. There was a good turnout from ESOC.
British Night Championships 2019Muir of Dinnet, 23 February
A fair number of intrepid ESOC members competed at this year’s British Night Championships, organised by MAROC, and were rewarded with a few trophies and several other podium places.

Plenty of ESOC members raced in the third Scottish Orienteering Urban League event of 2019, with some excellent results, including 6 class winners.

There was a great turnout from ESOC for the second event in the 2019 South of Scotland Orienteering League, which was organised by STAG.

Scottish Sprint Championships 2019Uphall & Broxburn, 3 February
The first race of this year’s ESOC Sprint was also the Scottish Sprint Championships, and the whole event was the second in the 2019 Scottish Orienteering Urban League. As well as helping at the event, ESOC members had some excellent results.
Scottish Night Championships 2019John Muir Country Park, Saturday 2 February
Interløpers organised the 2019 Scottish Night Championships, and plenty of ESOC members braved freezing conditions in the dunes, with some excellent results.
Edinburgh Big Weekend 201925-27 January
There was a huge attendance from ESOC for the annual Big Weekend organised by Edinburgh University Orienteering Club, with great orienteering and several ESOC class winners.
