Scottish Championships success
Last weekend saw the Scottish Championships held in Rannoch Forest, there was a strong ESOC contingent present and there were some fantastic results!

Helen selected for WOC
Helen Bridle has been selected for the Sprint and Long races at the World Orienteering Championships to be held in Trondheim, Norway, in August.
SOL3, Balkello Hill - 16 May 2010
This Scottish Orienteering League event was organised by TAY at a brand new area in the Sidlaw Hills. There were some good runs from ESOC members, including 2 course winners.

There was another good ESOC turnout for this Interløpers event, in lovely spring conditions.
Talent Coaching Camp Selections
Rona and Andrew Lindsay selected for the British Orienteering Talent Coaching Camp in July. Congratulations to both!
British Championships 2010
This weekend saw the British Orienteering Championships on Cannock Chase, there were a handful of ESOC members there with some very good results!
SOL2, Dalbeattie Town Wood - 25 April 2010
The second event in the 2010 Scottish Orienteering League was hosted by SOLWAY, with a good ESOC turnout and some great results.
Rona selected for EYOC
The British Orienteering website has just been updated with the GB team for European Youth Orienteering Championships. On the list is Rona Lindsay of ESOC, showing that her recent excellent form was indeed enough to catch the eye of the selectors. Congratulations, Rona!
British Elite Sprint Championships, Chorley - 18 April 2010
A handful of ESOC members stayed south for another exciting event, resulting in 2 more podium places.
British Middle Distance Championships, Haverthwaite - 17 April 2010
ESOC members who travelled south for this event were rewarded with glorious weather, beautiful scenery and 2 podium places.
Helen selected for EOC
Helen Bridle, ESOC, was selected for the European Championships in June this year.
JK Relay
The JK relays were held today on the highly technical sand dune area of Braunton Burrows, the same place as the individual race yesterday which saw some excellent results from ESOC members, all of whom were hoping to do the same today!
JK Individual
This weekend saw some top racing in very contrasting areas and weather conditions and some fantastic ESOC results.
JK Sprint : ESOC Success!
