Scottish Score Championships 2017Quarrelwood, 26 November
Just a few ESOC members journeyed north for this year’s Scottish Score Championships, organised by Moravian Orienteers.
ESOA Championships 2017 & SoSOL7Riccarton, 19 November
The East of Scotland Championships was held alongside the final event of the 2017 South of Scotland Orienteering League, and was organised by EUOC. There was a great turnout from ESOC, as this was also the Club Championships individual event
Tinto Twin 2017Lanark Racecourse / Biggar, 11/12 November
The 30th Tinto Twin weekend (including the final event in the 2017 Scottish Orienteering Urban League) enjoyed fine weather, and ESOC members won a good selection of trophies.
SoSOL6, 2017Kinnoull Hill, 5 November
This was TAY’s 30th birthday event, complete with hot chocolate and anniversary cake, in lovely weather.

ESOC at the 2017 OMMLangdale, 28/29 October
Several ESOC members completed the 50th Original Mountain Marathon, no mean feat, in very challenging weather.
INTrepid weekend - 2017Livingston/Drummond Hill, 28/29 October
This double header weekend featured the penultimate Scottish Orienteering Urban League event of 2017, and also the final Scottish Orienteering League event.of 2017. There was a good attendance and some great results from ESOC members.
SOL 6, 2017Forvie, 15 October
The penultimate event in this year’s Scottish Orienteering League saw a lower than usual ESOC entry, but they enjoyed the great terrain, with some excellent results.
British Sprint & Middle Distance Championships 2017Milton Keynes/Aylesbury, 30 September/1 October
Just a few ESOC members travelled south to Buckinghamshire for these major events, with some great results, including a podium place at both the Sprint and the Middle.
Highland WOLF 2017Speyside, 23/24 September
Many ESOC members travelled north for this weekend of varied orienteering, including the 9th event in the 2017 Scottish Orienteering Urban League, and the 5th event in the 2017 Scottish Orienteering League.
SoSOL5, 2017Cademuir Hill, 17 September
The fifth event in the 2017 South of Scotland Orienteering League was organised by ESOC, and there was a good turnout both to help and to compete, with some great results.
SOUL 8, 2017Dunblane, 10 September
The eighth event in the 2017 Scottish Orienteering Urban League series was presented by Forth Valley Orienteers, in Dunblane.
SOUL 7, 2017Cumbernauld, 20 August
There was a modest turnout from ESOC for the seventh event in the 2017 Scottish Orienteering Urban League, which was organised by STAG.
SOUL 6, 2017Ballater, 2 August
The sixth event in the 2017 Scottish Orienteering Urban League was organised by the Sprint Scotland team, with assistance from SEDS and ScotJOS. It was held on the Rest Day of the Scottish 6 Days, and consequently had a much larger entry than previous SOUL events.
Royal Deeside 2017 - Scottish 6 Days30 July - 5 August
There were more than 60 competitors from ESOC at the 2017 Scottish 6 Days, with some great results.
