Highland WOLF 2015Speyside, 5/6 September
This enjoyable weekend, organised by Badenoch and Strathspey Orienteering Club, included the 6th event in the 2015 Scottish Orienteering Urban League, and the final Scottish Orienteering League event of 2015. There was a good turnout from ESOC, and some excellent results.
Glasgow Parks Championships 201530 August
ESOC members were amongst the winners at the 17th Glasgow Parks Championships, and enjoyed the warmer weather than usual at this event.
Highland 2015 - Scottish 6 Days2 - 8 August
The Scottish 6 Days was much bigger than usual this year, running in conjunction with the World Orienteering Championships. ESOC was one of the lead clubs, and ESOC members were hard at work all week, some giving up their runs, but everyone seems to have enjoyed the event.
Schiehallion WeekendStirling/Perthshire, 19-21 June 2015
Featuring SOUL 4 and SOL 5 (presented by FVO), and SOL 6 (presented by TAY), this was a weekend to remember, especially since the first two events were being run in conjunction with Sprint and Middle Distance World Ranking Events for M/W21 Elites, which attracted international competitors.

ESOC at the 2015 Venla/JukolaPaimio, Finland, 13/14 June
3 ESOC members competed at the Venla and Jukola relays - the biggest orienteering relays in the world, held annually in Finland.
SSOF 2015Dechmont Law, 5 June
ESOC juniors enjoyed the 2015 Scottish Schools’ Orienteering Festival.
Twin Peak 2015Lake District, 30/31 May
A few ESOC members journeyed south for a double-header on the Lake District fells near Ullswater.
Scottish Championships 2015Ardnaskie/Inverawe, 23/24 May
This year’s event was hosted by the West Area clubs, near Oban. There was a strong ESOC presence and some excellent results, in a very strong field with many international competitors.
British Sprint and Middle Distance Championships 2015Aldershot Garrison/Naphill and Park Wood, 9/10 May
These major events were in the south of England - just a few ESOC members made the long journey, winning medals in both events.
SOL 4 – 2015Glen Dye, 3 May
GRAMP hosted the fourth Scottish Orienteering League event of 2015, which was held on Deeside the day after SOUL 3.
SOUL 3 - 2015Aboyne, 2 May
The third event in the 2015 Scottish Orienteering Urban League was organised by MAROC, with a new map of Aboyne to tempt competitors to Deeside. ESOC had some excellent results, with wins in several classes.
SoSOL7 – 2014/15Tulliallan, 26 April
The final South of Scotland Orienteering League event of the 2014/15 season was organised by Interløpers, and there was a fair ESOC turnout.
British Orienteering Championships 2015Forest of Dean, 18-19 April
This year’s British Long and Relay Championships were far away in the Forest of Dean; a small but determined ESOC contingent competed.
SOL 3 – 2015Mark Hill, 12 April
There were excellent ESOC results at the third Scottish Orienteering League event of the year, though we had a modest turnout as it was very soon after the JK.
