A weekend of contrasts - 6/7 February 2010
A few ESOC representatives ventured south for the Carlisle City Race and Tim Watkins Blodslitet, and had an excellent time, with junior prizewinners at both events.
Edinburgh Big Weekend 201030/31 January
The Edinburgh City Race took place on Saturday, followed by the JOK Chasing Sprint on Arthur’s Seat on Sunday. Many ESOC members went to one or both events, with ESOC winners on both days.
National Squad selections
Helen Bridle was once again selected for the top National Squad, which has taken a re-branding this year, now called the ‘World Class National Squad’. Rona, Andrew and Craig selected to represent the Scottish Junior Squad (ScotJOS).

September Weekend - St Andrews and Tentsmuir
Here’s something to whet your appetite for the double header weekend in September. Start off with some Urban/Park racing on a brand new map of St Andrews on the Saturday then finish it off with a SOL at Tentsmuir on the Sunday!
Tom selected for SEDS 2010 Squad
ESOC member Tom Ryan has been selected for the Scottish Elite Development Squad (SEDS) for 2010.

STAG Winter Score 1, Pollok Park, 3 January 2010
There were blue skies and snow underfoot for STAG’s first winter score event of 2010.
TAY Christmas Score event 2009Muirward Wood, 13 December
Once again, ESOC members won prizes at this annual fun event, held at Muirward Wood, near Perth. There were Christmas-themed bonus questions to boost your score.

The 11th Glasgow Parks Championships, with races in 3 different Glasgow parks, saw a good turnout from ESOC, and prizewinners in two of the classes.
