Northern Championships Weekend 2014Lake District, 3-5 May
A few ESOC members travelled south for an excellent weekend of varied, technical orienteering in the southern Lake District, part of SROC's 50th anniversary celebrations.
SOL 3 – 2014Dunrod Hill, 27 April
Plenty of ESOC members headed west for the third event in this year’s Scottish Orienteering League, to be rewarded by a fine day and glorious views.
JK 2014South Wales, 18 - 21 April
There were good performances from ESOC, with some podium places, at the Jan Kjellström Festival of Orienteering in South Wales.
European Orienteering Championships 2014
Claire Ward was in the GB team at the European Orienteering Championships, which were held in Palmela, Portugal, from 10-16 April. She was in the Middle and Long races and also ran in the relay.

The second event in this year’s Scottish Orienteering League was organised by STAG and ScotJOS, and saw a good turnout from ESOC.

ESOC turned out in force at Interløpers’ double header weekend, for the 3rd Scottish Orienteering Urban League event of 2014, followed by this season’s 6th South of Scotland Orienteering League event.
